Remember, splashy advertisements are for products that aren't good enough to sell themselves. A valuable, dependable product only has to alert potential customers to its existence. No need to convince people to buy delicious pastured eggs directly from the farm, for example.
Practically everything you can buy as brands at the store can be made healthier and better tasting (and cheaper believe it or not) at home. Salad dressings are easy.
