Corporate America has tons of money and lots of political whores to do it’s bidding.
They have enabled destruction of the middle class using their henchmen in Washington DC and many of the state Capitals.

Your analysis is interesting. One factor not in the GOP’s favor is the changing demographics in states like Arizona and Texas, making them eventually more purple like Florida. Also, a different Democratic candidate like Hillary Clinton could pick up some red states like Arkansas.
