The title of Moyer's article came from a line used in a media critique published on July 16, 2008 in Indymedia, Tehran Times and Counterpunch called "Free Speech Marked for Death". Was Moyer's title taken from the following text? "The Neocon state within a state has orchestrated its series of "Clean Break" Arab wars via the US-Israel military/media complex- where the Fourth Estate doubles as a Fifth Column.
