Now, you'd think we would have blogged from YearlyKos, but between drinking "Kos-mopolitans" at the obscenely lavish (and yet still painfully tacky) party thrown by Warner, and our Maureen Dowd sightings, who had time to break out the laptops?

But now, recovering from neon-induced seizures and back in DC's beige confines for another get together, there's time to reflect for a moment. Here's my reflection: not losing is good, I'm all for it, but what exactly was it that we believed again? Not exactly clear from the remarks of the process-obsessed bloggers, who want "strong Democrats" who "win elections" and "reflect progressive values." Um, ok.

Now I'm here in a press conference with Robert Redford, who just said that the blogs are like the "Wild West."

Sigh.
