April 10: National Day of Action for Immigrant Justice

By Brian Zick
For information, go to April10.org

A coalition of immigrant, labor, faith, civil rights and business community groups have initiated a National Day of Action. There is a major rally in Washington, DC, and several associated events in cities across the nation.

Check here for event times and locations.

The goal is to stop anti-immigrant legislation from becoming law, and to pass genuinely useful comprehensive immigration reform that provides a clear path to citizenship, that unites families, and that ensures workplace and civil rights protections for all.
