FEC and the internet
The FEC earlier today issued its unanimous ruling, that "recognizes the Internet as a unique and evolving mode of mass communication and political speech that is distinct from other media in a manner that warrants a restrained regulatory approach."

Halliburton can blog just like everyone else.
Of course, that means it would confront something it has rarely had to contend with otherwise, during the Bush years: competition. Because everyone else can blog too.
