Having an opinion is one thing , knowing and understanding Americas international policies are another . Unfortunatelly due to their “deliver freedom at any cost ” policy has made the world a dangerous place . This war is about oil , nothing to do with freedom or democracy . Freedom at a cost of 30.000 innocent Iraqui lives and thousands of American young lives , just so we can drive our SUV’s , and put up McDonalds and Walmarts . We should all stand up against this injustice . This is a never ending war , and further more Americans will never be safe travelling anywhere in the world until their government realizes that war does not deliver peace .

Well I do Hate Bush Look at the national rising so out of control in a short amount of time because of him and his administration look at the high gas prices look at the economy he is the worst president in history FACT! ask 100 people I know about 85 will agree a The Dixie Chicks are awesome and knew this war was a mistake 3 years ago and had the guts to say it and not back down they shouldnt have to thier 100 percent right And the song is so awesome and powerful and doesnt cut down the president once it simply says how in the world can the words that I said send someone so over the edge that they would write me a letter saying that I better shut up and sing or my life would be over I totally agree how could some threaten to kill someone for stating a opinion to me that is the real sick and twisted bastard wo is unamerican come one thier doing or saying something right they sold over a million albums and for th 17th week not ready to make nice is still at number 1 baby on vh1 so suck it up you bush loving sap suckersthe few of you who are out there i think its what 27 percent ha what a joke the Dixie Chicks are more popular then that!

I loved this song when i first heard it! and i think that people who are off cussing and critizing this song should keep there negitive comments to themselves because its there opinions. i personally love this song because how it reflects off my life. but i think this is an amazing song and ilove the lyrics and i think they should keep on going if they want to. no one should have the say in what they sing its them. but people complaining about a song… have no lives. dont say ne thing if you dont like it its as easy as that.

I LOVE HOW THEY SPEAK THEIR MINDS, IN A RESPECTABLE MANNER!!!! I DON’T HATE BUSH, BUT, I ALSO DON’T REALLY CARE FOR HIM. I SUPPORT OUR TROOPS 110%, BUT DON’T SUPPORT THE WAR!!! I THINK THAT IT IS A DISGRACE THAT PEOPLE BELITTLE THE DIXIE CHICKS JUST BECAUSE THEY DON’T BELIEVE WHAT THEY BELIEVE IN. the dixie chicks are doing what they know best making good songs with good lyrics, “Im not ready to make nice” is a very real song, its no different than letting Eminem talk about homosexuality being wrong, if thats how the Dixie Chciks feel we should respect that!

Shut up and move on… as well as the name BackAsswards… very appropriate. I think it would be *fantastic* if we all just shut up. That way, no one ever has to be held responsible, we can all just shut up and move on and pretend that the war that is killing our sons, our daughters, our sisters, our brothers, our fathers, our mothers, our friends and our lovers isn’t.
And seriously? Fat comments? What does that have to do with anything? I thought fat comments stopped holding any esteem in 3rd grade.
