Steven Tyler would sing to you, too ...
... if you had this much money to blow on a birthday party. A teenager's birthday party, no less.
As we wrote in Alls or Nothings back in October, David H. Brooks is the CEO of DHB Industries. Brooks pocketed $70 million from selling bulletproof vests to the U.S. war machine last year, in addition to selling company stock worth $186 million. Over 5,000 of the vests were recalled by the Marine Corps because of questions about shoddy construction, but Brooks still walked away with his hefty bundle.
Recently, United for a Fair Economy brought it to our attention that Brooks threw a TEN MILLION DOLLAR b-day party for his daughter on 11/26/05, with the likes of Aerosmith, Kenny G and 50 Cent performing.
It's so nice to know our tax dollars are ultimately ending up in the greasiest--and greediest--of hands.

Yeah, I saw that story in the rags…I guess the dad also sang with the geriatric Aerosmith crew ( for gods sake…“Hair of the Dog” came out when I was 13, and I’m 44 now)
In an interesting side note, one of the guys who gives all us Canadians a once over at the Thousand Island bridge on the American side recently patented, and won a government contract for, some sort of field tournaquet. He is a veteran.
This lottery type win couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy, judging from my interactions with these folk.
Everyone is trying to make their own way in the world…some just do it with more dignity, lol.
Oh my God…Hair of the Dog was a Nazareth album….Aerosmith sang ‘Same Old Song and Dance’the same year…
But they’re in the same decade, eh?
Even before my time, really.
No matter how much they put vaseline to the lens, or botox the facial nerves out of the lead singer.
Sheesh!
Strangely, that may possible to live and don’t now this absurdity events.
But i guess that society and mass press will be accuse exactly 50cent and Aerosmith that they come to this party for bucks. Bucks, which will be given them by Bad Guy :)
Though, who act not like this, if he will be 50cent? I go to the pary ;)
Sorry for mistakes in text, we just start learning.
Russian Post, with best wishes…
