- Election officials are turning voters away without giving them provisional ballots
- RNC Challenges
Wisconsin:
- Machines are breaking down
- 20,000 voter registration cards not processed
St. Louis:
- Provisional ballots way up in Metro area, in particular in precincts of color
- Voter intimidation reports w/police in polling places
- Some poll workers not giving provisional ballots.?? Telling voters they can't give them because they are no "provisional ballot" voting machines. NO SUCH THING.
