Employer and managerial control within an organization rests at many levels and has important implications for staff and productivity alike, with control forming the fundamental link between desired outcomes and actual processes. -954-691-1102
Union thugs think that they are the only working people, that only THEY have a right to work, that only THEY have the right to feed their family's....and that everyone else is a scab. I have a news flash for you guys....most working people do not belong to a union. I would NEVER lower myself to use the tactics you people do. Truthfully, working people are better off without a union.
Yeah, those corporate mainstream media outlets are so pro-union (*sarcasm*). And Soros, the single billionaire Republicans love to cling to- it's so hard to beat him when you have multiple billionaires all worth more then he is all funding their own campaign operations, for example funding the Tea Party via Americans for Prosperity Charles & David Koch ($31 billion each); or Wal-Mart's Christy Walton ($27.9 B), Jim Walton ($26.8 B), Alice Walton ($26.3 B), S. Robson Walton ($26.1 B); or Sheldon Adelson ($20.5 B) who stands to get $2 billion in tax holiday for his Chinese casinos under Romney (and has agreed to pony up $150 million to get it), or Larry Ellison of Oracle ($41 B) - yes, so hard to beat Soros ($19 B) and those unions who have been on the decline for 40 years and whose out-of-date stereotypes continue to be ballied around throughout our media. They don't even have their own corporate legislation mill in the form of ALEC churning out anti-union initiatives across the country- but somehow it's all a big conspiracy.
Unions can't force their members to campaign- only convince them, unlike, say, the CEO of Murray Energy who shut down the Century coal mine to force his workers to be used as props at a Romney campaign event. The guy didn't even pay them for the day he shut down the mine to make them attend! Talk about an attack on freedom and the right to work...
Yes, because competing with capitalism on its own terms is the only valid way to go? No, capitalism must be democratized, not allowed to continue.
"Unions [...] serve no purpose today" ... I guess all the bosses now are just handing over management and ownership to employees voluntarily.
Um, union workers tend to be paid about 30% more than non-union workers and have more control over their working conditions. It's a pretty good deal.
Yes, those oh-so-powerful UNIONS which account for about 12% of the workforce.
I feel sorry for the union member who is paying dues and has to do this "You know you want to go campaign right?" I'll bet a lot of them wish the political campaign mandatory "tribute" didn't have to be extorted from them either.
I would never buy anything from a union company. Their strong-armed tactics are ridiculous. They act like purchasing from a nonunion company is unpatriotic. Those nonunion employees are Americans too and the shareholders in their companies are as well. Unions are parasites to the economy and serve no purpose today.
We need a revitalization of unions in America. The Republicans have done their level best to destroy them and working people need to unite and fight Romney and the Corporate Vultures.
Whatever. Its so hard to fight against the leftist, the media, the UNIONS... Soros... very hard. But we can win this if every conservative votes Mitt, and most of the independents choose Mitt.We have to get Obama out ... enough is enough.
maybe da thugs should bust some heads. or maybe they should buy stock in their own companies, and take the same risks as the executives, instead of sending thousands of their own dollars to fund union fatcats and their lavish lifestyles
