In These Times

Aside from his duties at In These Times, Dapier is also an actor, drummer, and theatre director. He recently appeared in Hephaestus, a Greek mythology circus tale at Lookingglass Theatre in Chicago.  His directing credits include the Chicago premieres of “Thief River,” “Dead City,” named one of the top 6 theatre productions of 2006 by Chicagoist, and “Crumble (Lay Me Down, Justin Timberlake),” named one of the top 5 best theatre productions of 2005 by New City and the Chicago Tribune.

A graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, Gantz worked as a reporter for The Cambodia Daily in 2007. After graduating from Carleton College in 2004, he lived in Sri Lanka on a Fulbright scholarship, studying the intersection of ethnic politics and public education.
