A uniformed police officer explaining to a bearded man in a yarmulke, as a topless protester walked by, “We can’t go bottomless because they can’t go bottomless. But topless – a nipple’s a nipple.”
So, that guy with no pants? He’s probably not an undercover cop. Or, so I hear.
