Audrey Winn is a trial attorney at the US Department of Labor’s New York Regional Office, enforcing and expanding workplace protections for vulnerable workers. Before joining the DOL, Audrey clerked on the 9^th Circuit Court of Appeals and served as a Skadden fellowship attorney working on a coalition between AALDEF, NDWA, and the Model Alliance. Audrey graduated from the New York University School of Law, where she was a Root-Tilden-Kern scholar, executive editor of the NYU Law Review, and a two-time recipient of Peggy Browning Fellowships.
