Andrew Berman was a Vietnam War resister in the US Army, a lifelong peace and solidarity activist. As a telecommunications engineer, he helped repair Nicaragua’s telecom equipment during the Contra war. He has worked in support of the democratic opposition to Syrian dictator Bashar Assad.
