Andrew Ramsey-Mooris a veteran journalist who has worked for major daily newspapers in Chicago, San Francisco and Washington. He has lived in Maryland for the past 13 years and now hangs his hat in Ellicott City, the first stop out of Baltimore on the old B&O rail line.
