
Yoss (Jose Miguel Sanchez Gomez) won the Hemingway Prize in 1993 and the Farraluque (for erotic short story) in 2002. He is the author of the story collections Timshel, W, Precio justo and the novels Polvo rojo and Morfeo verdugo. He lives in Havana, where he is the lead singer of the hard rock group, Tenaz.
