Carly Fiorino, former Chairman and CEO of Hewlett-Packard and rumored v-p candidate, just said that John McCain's "appetite for reform is unmatched." The crowd roared. I don't usually quote Napoleon, but this little timely gem was offered up today on my Google homepage: "In politics, absurdity is not a handicap." Indeed and unfortunately, it appears to be quite persuasive.
