Anti-fascist remix

Joel Bleifuss

Activist Micha Ian Wright borrows the images from government propaganda posters from World War II and adds his own words. The one shown here originally read, “Victory waits on your fingers—Keep ’em flying, Miss U.S.A.” This poster and 39 others, along with images of the originals, can be seen in the just released You back the attack! We’ll bomb who we want! (Seven Stories), or at www.antiwarposters.com. Wright, an Army veteran, encourages book buyers to photocopy his posters and “glue them all over.”
