After being arrested late yesterday afternoon, Democracy Now! host Amy Goodman and two of the news program's producers were released, although the producers still face suspicion of felony riot charges. Goodman has actually been charged with obstruction of a legal process and interference with a “peace officer.” Read the Democracy Now! press release here.
