Much to my relief, U.S. Trade Representative Rob Portman announced today that the U.S. had reached an important agreement with Mexico on tequila trade. No worries about your margaritas, Americans! Bulk tequila exports from Mexico to the United States "will continue without interruption."I don't know about you, but I'm going to go drink a shot of Patron tonight to celebrate our nation's diplomatic acumen.

Be a Sustainer

We surveyed thousands of readers and asked what they would like to see in a monthly giving program. Now, for the first time, we're offering three different levels of support, with rewards at each level, including a magazine subscription, books, tote bags, events and more—all starting at less than 17 cents a day. Check out the new Sustainer program.
