Message from In These Times reader Agit: TO ALL AL FRANKEN SUPPORTERS: Al is asking for contributions so that he can put staff on location in every precinct throughout Minnesota for the recount. The recount is mandatory by Minnesota state law and is financed by the state. However, placing watchers on location will be costly. Big state, many precincts. The opposition will surely do the same.
