Arizona junior senator Jon Kyl, play-acting as a man with power, warned Barack Obama yesterday against nominating Supreme Court justices in the molds of Ruth Bader Ginsberg and Stephen Breyer. Kyl, who threatened a filibuster if Obama taps a liberal justice should a seat open up, pointed to the above mentioned Justices' empathy as reason they're not suitable choices. To Kyl's threats I'd like to invoke the words of our outgoing president, if I may: Bring it on.
