William Dar­i­ty Jr is the Samuel DuBois Cook pro­fes­sor of pub­lic pol­i­cy, African and African-Amer­i­can Stud­ies, and eco­nom­ics; and the direc­tor of the Samuel DuBois Cook Cen­ter on Social Equi­ty at Duke Uni­ver­si­ty.
