Samantha Knapp is a 19-year-old sophomore at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Originally from Washington D.C., she is a political science major and a member of the Dickinson women’s soccer team. She recently finished a fellowship at No Labels, a D.C.-based organization that promotes bipartisan work in Congress for the common good.
