Apple v Apple Lawsuit Settled

Jesus Sanchez for the LA Times reports: Apple, the computer maker and seller of the iPod, and Apple Corps, the Beatles' record label, today agreed to settle a trademark lawsuit and let it be. (Jesus made a funny.) Under the settlement announced today, Cupertino, Calif.-based Apple (formerly Apple Computer) will own all of the trademarks related to "Apple" and will license certain of those trademarks back to Apple Corps.
