Joel Seidman for MSNBC reports: WASHINGTON - A key defense witness - a proposed memory expert - in the CIA/Leak trial of I Lewis "Scooter" Libby, the former top aide to Vice President Cheney, will not be allowed to testify at the upcoming trial.
