Judge Reggie Walton has issued a ruling that Libby's defense team get redacted versions of PDB's (or "topic overviews" thereof) that the Vice President's office received from the CIA, plus a "topic index of any inquiries reflecting additional information the defendant requested during his morning intelligence briefing" - delimited to dates specified by the judge.
