Jeralyn at TalkLeft takes a brief look at some of the legal questions, and provides pdfs of the docs update: Jeralyn reports that Judge Walton may issue a gag order due to the leaking of material not on (or in advance of posting on) the court's docket. Jeralyn suspects that Walton's ire has to do with the public accounts about Fitzgerald's letter of correction the night before it was filed.
