‘Mos Def’ Force-Fed to Call Attention to Guantanamo

Yasiin Bey, the rapper formerly known as Mos Def, demonstrates the cruelty behind force-feeding at Guantánamo Bay by voluntarily experiencing the procedure in a video commissioned by the human rights organization Reprieve and directed by award-winner Asif Kapadia. Currently, 40 of the more than 100 hunger strikers at the prison are being force-fed.
