Major Danby at dailykos argues that Dick Cheney, by definition of the fact he has asserted that the office of Vice president is not part of the Executive Branch, and thus he is not subject to Executive Orders, has plainly, since 2002, been in de facto violation of law and the Constitution, and therefore guilty of perpetrating "high Crimes and Misdemeanors" for which he is subject to impeachment.
