Francine Busby running for convict Duke’s vacated seat

Francine Busby is the Democrat running in the special election to replace the convicted Duke Cunningham. She has a post at MyDD talking about her campaign. This is the first contested Congressional race in 2006. And it may well serve as a bellwether for November. Her campaign website is busbyforcongress.org.
