Kos has audio of a message left on a Virginia voter's voicemail. The caller claims to be from the "Virginia Elections Commission" and says the voter is registered to vote out of state, and so if he shows up to vote in his Virginia district he will be "criminally charged." (The voter has been registered to vote in Virginia since 1998.)
Kos also has reports from the Webb campaign of voters being falsely told their polling locations have changed, of flyers saying "SKIP THIS ELECTION," and of many ballots in heavily Democratic neighborhoods with candidate Webb's last name cut off. (The ballots only identify the candidate as "James H. (Jim)." )
