Karl Rove: “Just get me a fucking faith based thing.”

Brian Zick

Keith Olbermann quotes conservative author David Kuo, in part 2 of his review of Kuo's new book Tempting Faith. The former #2 man in the Bush administration’s Office of Faith-Based Initiatives described how Rove gave a volunteer less than one week to create the entire Faith-Based program. The volunteer asked how to do that, with no staff, no office and no plan. "Rove looked at him, took a deep breath, and said, 'I don't know. Just get me a fucking faith-based thing. Got it?'" Norm at onegoodmove has the video.
