unless the Evil Twin wore identical clothes, as seen on the in-store video which captured the fraudulent transactions - 6 different times and had his brother's credit cards - which documented about 25 similar fraudulent acts and confessed when he got busted - giving his brother's name Claude Allen charging documents posted at TPM (there are links at the top to six pages describing events)
