Martin Luther King’s Last Speech: ‘I Have Been To The Mountaintop’

Delivered just a day before King was assassinated in Memphis, this speech was in support of the Memphis Sanitation Strike. In it, King discusses America’s ideals, economic injustice and the right to nonviolent protest, and gives an eerie premonition of his own untimely death.
