Jesse Lee at The Gavel reports: Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers has received a letter from the Department of Justice indicating it would not object to the House Judiciary Committee’s grant of use immunity for Monica Goodling. Conyers issued a statement saying: The Committee will be moving expeditiously to apply for the court order so that we can schedule a hearing promptly.
