Patent Busting: The 10 most wanted

Been meaning to post this for awhile. It would be funny if the patent system wasn't stifiling creativity and the public interest. From the top 10 threats to the public domain from the Electronic Frontier Foundation: Clear Channel Communications holds: A system and method for recording live performances (e.g. music concerts), editing them into tracks during the performance, and recording them to media (e.g. CDs) within minutes of the performance ending.
