Justin Rood at TPM Muckraker reports on the attempt by GOP House members to establish a "Minority Bill of Rights" - a proposal which was originally authored by Nancy Pelosi back in 2004, and rejected out of hand by the Republican majority - with GOP Speaker Hastert even refusing the courtesy of a response to Pelosi's letter of proposal.
