Opinions vary about the use of rock and roll music in TV commercials. However one may feel, it's hardly a novelty.

For some folks of a certain age, coming to terms with the development has been somewhat of a difficult adjustment to make. As are many things one encounters as one gets increasingly geezed.
So it struck me as… how shall I say… an interesting advertising decision, when I saw tonight, for the first time, a commercial for menopause.com that used the Allman Brothers' "Blue Sky."
