He quotes Steve Soto and Harry Reid once, Howard Dean and Tom Vilsack twice (Vilsack saying the same whiny - and bass ackwards - thing in both quotes) and Mark Warner three times.
And he wraps it all up with a totally gratuitous swipe at Hillary Clinton, implying - with no foundation except his own personal fantasy conjecture - that she "had made a mistake by not coming."
