Paul Kiel at TPM Muckraker, who has been keeping close tabs on developments, reports "Lewis Caught in Lie, Shilled for Lobbyist." Paul quotes an AP story: "Republican Rep. Jerry Lewis, under federal investigation over his ties to a lobbying firm, issued a statement last month saying his office never recommends lobbyists to constituents.
