Justin Rood at TPM Muckraker reports that GOP chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, Peter King (from New York), is mighty peeved about the Shirlington Limo $21 million dollar deal with the Department of Homeland Security.
And Representative King is also exceedingly miffed by the department's highly publicized - and transparently election-year motivated - slash of security funds for New York.
Justin quotes from King's appearance on Hardball this past Thursday: "I’m at war with the Department of Homeland Security."
And then observes, "It takes guts to cut funding to a Congressman's state when he's sitting on a pile of corruption allegations about you, and holds the power to subpoena your documents and testimony."

And, well, I suppose "guts" would be one possibility.
